  Former manager at IONCON Engineering. Leading a team of twelve to design innovative residential and commercial structures including serving as lead on projects as complicated as the Grandfather Mountain Museum expansion

• Government agency + private sector innovation = jobs
  Former Director to the High Country Workforce Development Board where I led a statewide collaborative effort to overhaul the NC workforce system including deploying new technology to help employers connect to jobseekers and launching multiple new brands for NC Works career centers and workforce boards across the state. 

• Designing sustainable solutions. 18 years and counting
  I have been designing buildings in the Boone area including eco-communities like Weekapaug Grove, Boone’s first and only green housing development in 2009. This development set a new standard with 100% stormwater capture, now a standard across Boone.
